We implement a popular safety education program for communities that live close to our facilities. The purpose is to inform neighbouring communities on the company and the pipeline, looking to avoid situations that could put in danger human lives or the environment. It includes basic information on Transredes S.A. , the pipeline, care of the pipeline, characteristics of the hydrocarbons being transported and how to act in the event of any problems or contingencies near the pipeline. The program is accompanied with support materials such as posters, calendars and notebooks with safety messages and the exclusive number for emergencies (free emergency number 800-10-4005) .

In parallel, we also implement a program denominated “One Call”, directed mainly to all those organizations or institutions that are responsible for the construction and/or operation and maintenance of public services, urbanizations or public infrastructure, including municipal governments, construction companies, NGOs, Sub Prefectures , and other.
