The TRANSREDES Customer Service and Control Center undertakes activities to attend to our customers’ needs coordinating the reception and delivery of hydrocarbons and constantly watches out for the safety of the system.

Customer Service
This group undertakes activities that attend to requests from our customers for product transportation. In this department we operate in tight coordination with our Marketing and Regulations, Liquids and Gas Operations, and Maintenance departments to satisfy our business commitments. Our personnel in Customer Service is dedicated to ensuring that all our customer’s requirements are met within the current contractual and regulatory frameworks.

Control Center
Operating as the central hub of all our operations and logistics, the Control Center coordinates the transportation of all hydrocarbons entering our system. Employing sophisticated telecommunications systems, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Aquisition), and highly qualified personnel, the Control Center keeps in touch with all our stations, and also with our customers, ensuring compliance with the transportation.
Besides coordinating the normal transmission activities, the Control Center plays a special role looking out for the physical safety of our system and protecting the environment. Its monitoring systems permit constant supervision of the pressures and temperatures throughout our transportation system in order to protect its safety.

With its personnel and its technology, our Customer Service and Control Center make significant contributions towards TRANSREDES being a World-Class Bolivian company.
