PR1. Description of Policy for Preserving Customer Health and Safety During Use of Products and Services
Our Customer Service and Control Center coordinates the normal transport activities of Transredes S.A. and play a fundamental role in watching over the physical integrity of the pipelines and the protection of the environment. Its monitoring systems allow for a permanent supervision of the operating variables all through our transportation system in order to protect the safety of the product, operators and our customers.
Our program on safety education and general information to neighboring communities complements the monitoring and emergency response activities of the Control Center , offering information to communities close to the pipelines about the company and its operations in order to prevent incidents that could threaten human life or the environment.

We don't report this indicator since the trasnportation of the product is coordinated directly with our customers, does not require labelling in a traditional sense and the product information is known by the parties requesting transportation

Confidentiality is part of our integrity principles. All our employees are committed to the protection of the confidential information of the company, including without limitations, the information handed over into the trust of Transredes S.A. from third parties, shareholders, suppliers, contractors, competitors or clients.
