Bolivia’s natural heritage abroad.

The 2003 Prize goes to Rubén Darío Suárez. This category distinguishes those individuals who are outstanding in their vocation of service to their peers. Rubén Darío, a talented and visionary musician, who with effort and dedication, created a music conservatory in Urubichá. This has greatly benefited the primarily indigenous population, especially young children and adolescents, who through their music have transcended our national borders, playing for royalty, and winning international prizes. |

The 2003 Prize given to Giovanna Irusta. This
prize distinguishes athletes or institutions
that have an outstanding participation in
the field of sports in and outside Bolivia.

The Prize was given to María Fernanda
Álvarez. The prize honors and motivates
those who look to a promising future thanks
to their achievements reaped at a young and
tender age.

The 2003 Prize went to Cristóbal Roda.

or exemplary workers, or quiet but successful
artisans, or persevering business people.

This prize distinguishes the talent, quality,
and genius of the artist who is stands out
in the beautiful and fascinating world of
artistic expression.

The 2003 Prize went to the Tahuichi Aguilera
Soccer Academy. This is a new special consideraton.
It is given to acknowledge that it is not
an easy task to promote the message of love
given by Peace and Unity for Bolivia and the
World.

The 2003 Prize was given to the teacher, Jaime
Escalante. It distinguishes every professional,
researcher or educator, who throughout his
or her career, has achieved great benefits
for the national community and who has transcended
in the international sphere.
