Rubén Darío, a talented and visionary musician, who with effort and dedication, created a music conservatory in Urubichá. This has greatly benefited the primarily indigenous population, especially young children and adolescents, who through their music have transcended our national borders, playing for royalty, and winning international prizes. |

prize distinguishes athletes or institutions
that have an outstanding participation in
the field of sports in and outside Bolivia.
